As you welcome in more abundance, your nervous system will need to adapt, stretch, and recalibrate to align with the new level of energy and expansion. This process involves:

Opening and Expansion: The nervous system might open to accommodate higher vibrational energies associated with abundance, requiring a greater capacity to handle new experiences, sensations, and stimuli. This is akin to building resilience, allowing you to feel safe in receiving more.

Release of Stored Patterns: As abundance flows in, old patterns of lack, fear, or scarcity that may be held in the body or subconscious can surface. The nervous system may release these stored emotional or energetic blockages to make space for the new, leading to emotional processing or physical sensations.

Stretching Comfort Zones: The nervous system is often wired to what feels familiar. Welcoming more abundance can trigger a "stretching" of your comfort zone, which might feel uncomfortable initially. The system may need to recalibrate to this new level of safety, peace, or prosperity, integrating it as the new normal.

Grounding and Stabilization: As abundance enters, grounding practices can help stabilize the nervous system. This allows you to stay anchored while navigating changes, preventing overwhelm and maintaining balance amidst increased opportunities and energy.
This process can feel both exciting and challenging, as the nervous system adjusts to this new capacity to receive and hold more. Practices like breathwork, somatic experiencing, and mindful grounding can help ease the nervous system through this transformation.
